Well, it doesn't seem like a year ago that we were all squashed into what is now Alanna's room waiting for the builders to get their backsides in gear ... how time flies!
It was Rebecca's first birthday last Friday (18th) and needless to say Rebecca asked for a birthday bash, and Tamisa was keen to make it happen. The weather forecast was bleak so I got in trouble for telling her to keep numbers down as we wouldn't have enough space inside.
Needless to say it turned out nice and I go in trouble for that. Thanks to Susan, Bernard and Gemma for their help in the food prep. I would have loved to help, but I was forced to work an early turn and eat a full english breakfast (probably the best thing england has to offer from an eating perspective, which is sad) in order to prepare me for the afternoon.
